The bird is still apparently around there again today, I can come if someone spots it again, but would need them to stay for ne to find and catch

Oh no! We need security to watch this place better. If we we have POS types of people tagging our parks now? So this tagging needs to be fixed. Anyways... I think this bird is rare and may not be someone's pet. If so is there someone that knows how to catch him/ her. Does it have some ID bracelet or some way knowing it is a pet?
