Please help! Quasimodo is a senior dog ~11 years old. He has a chronic eye condition, arthritis, and high blood pressure and needs . He is a grumpy boy who has no teeth and can do no damage if he needs to protect himself. Please call or text and/or at any time if found. He is dearly loved and missed

I just saw a dog like this onw highway 18 by the Greyhound station. No collar and very skittish. She would not let amyone near her. Someone was trying to help her get out of the road, but she ran from them
