How have you lost 2 puppies? Was you out on walk but cant really see you having two pups off lead!! Have they escaped the home, we're they in the garden? Check CCTV doorbell cameras ask your neighbours to check videoing for cb you incase they have been taken from garden, are they chipped? Report to chip company as lost or stollen, report to vets were you have had them vaccinated they are stollen, hope there safe and home soon
