This poor boy was found on irishburg rd. Had on a harness. And a broken leash. He's dog friendly, kid friendly, but HORRIFIED of cats. He was in rough condition, the harness has rubbed him for so long there is an infectionon his side, ears bleeding and infected, above his tail is infected, and looked like he was in some dog fights (but is dog friendly). He was extremely dirty and very hungry. Must have proof of ownership, if no one claims him my husband wants to keep him.
