Black brown older dog

This dog was here about 2 weeks ago and a man came and walked her away with a Grey pitbull, she has since returned and has been here for about 4 days now. Very skittish. We have been trying to warm her up but not scare her off and have put food out a few of the days after waiting to make sure no one was coming to het het her right away.
