Get your vet records together. Go yo the police department file a report. Inform them about your contact and her having your pet (property) and not returning it! That’s a crime

I spoke with the owner this morning via Nextdoor. It seems like this Elly Sanchez person that found the dog still has yet to respond to the owners or many of the people that have been commenting on her post about the dog and she just seems to have totally disappeared and has not bothered to respond to anybody… unfortunately it’s looking like they might not be trustworthy people and they are keeping the dog 😪. Genuinely hoping that the person that has the dog realizes what they’re doing is wrong and does what is right & returns the dog to its rightful owners.
