We have reached out to the lady who originally found this dog, no response from her. Is there anything else we can do to try and identify if this is our dog? What if she decides to keep the dog?

Have you taken this dog to the vet to get scanned for the chip? this may be my sister's dog they've been looking for since the 4th of July. They will scan for free
