He is an elderly dog; he drags one of his back legs and sometimes coughs. He is friendly. Early yesterday morning—June 6th—he jumped the fence at my hse; security camera footage shows him walking toward Crosstimbers Street. I would appreciate any information about him, and I am offering a reward. I am very worried, as he is a large dog and requires specific care.
