He MAY live at the house behind Dollar General, on the other side of the shrubs. I have seen him several times in the back/side yard. So, I don't know for sure. I too have tried to befriend him and give him treats with no luck.

Please if you can keep giving food and water in the same place and maybe he will get use to that spot. Then just maybe someone can get his trust built up!! 🤔
