This poor baby showed up in my yard with a choker chain attached to a broken pink leash. She was skin and bones, malnourished and was ate up with fleas. If you know who chained up this dog with no food and water and no way to get it because she was tied to something, please let me know. It makes me sick how she was left

Kellye McCormick She is very smart. She had been with me in the house after we took her to the vet and you can tell someone took time training her. Yet, under the circumstances that we found her, I thought she was done wrong by her last owners. She was so malnourished, losing hair and WILL NOT leave my side, even to go outside to use the bathroom
