Patricia Riddle I’m starting to come to that conclusion too. She has a microchip and a dog tag with her name address and phone number. If someone is thinking about keeping her, I hope they do the right thing and return.

Shelby is so beautiful and sweet looking...I think maybe someone found her and thought it would be Ok to keep her...I pray if that happened that they will think about her family that loves her and return her !!
