PLEASE HELP US FIND OUR CAT – LANA IS MISSING AND SICK Our sweet 9 year old cat Lana went missing from Allenhurst Rd in Amherst, NY, and our hearts are completely broken. She is a long-haired grey cat with distinct tan/tortie facial markings and gorgeous green eyes, but most urgently, she is sick and requires daily to survive,making every hour she is away critical to her health. Because she is unwell and likely terrified, she is probably hiding very close to home; if you live in the area, please check carefully under bushes, trees, porch steps, and inside garages or sheds where a scared cat might retreat. A REWARD MONEY IS OFFERED for her safe return. so if you spot her or have any information at all, please call or text immediately at and help bring our sweet girl home.

Oh no! I’ll keep an eye 👀 out for your pet. In the meantime, check with local shelters in our area and put up posters where your pet was last seen. Don’t forget to file a missing animal report with ( 5,seven,1 )-4,eight,9-7,zero,0,four ) they specialize in finding lost or stolen pets. They found mine in less than two days after I texted them! Give them a try; hopefully, they can help you get yours back. The sooner, the better. By the grace of God, your pet will be found!

Shared. Assuming he is strictly an indoor cat: He is likely hiding somewhere very nearby, on your own property or very near. It is rare for an indoor cat to go further than a house or two away. He is terrified and will not come out or respond to your calls. If he comes out at all it will only be at night. Look for him after dark with a flashlight. Look in every tiny space he could possibly squeeze himself into. The flashlight will let you see the glow of his eyes. Put out his litter, some worn clothing with your scent (pillowcases work great, worn socks) and some stinky food (tuna, sardines, KFC). Leave scent trails to your door with something like tuna juice or chicken broth. Indoor cats get lost very easily. In their fear they become disoriented and can’t find their way back to your door even though they are right on your property. But they have a VERY strong sense of smell. Do these things and they will help your baby find his way back to your door. If it’s feasible, leave the door ajar for him. Your indoor cat doesn’t know your house from the outside, but he knows it from the inside. Every house has a smell, and yours smells like “home”. If you leave the door ajar, he will smell it and run right in. Another thing you can do is sleep outside. A few people have done that recently with great success. Best of luck!
