DESCRIPTION

Black and white bully mix puppy, a few months old, not neutered, no collar. Puppy was not found in good condition. He was covered in urine and poop, and had urine scalding on his feet. He is also a bit thin.

Doesn’t sound like this pup came from a good environment. Skinny, covered in poop and urine and ring burns on paws. Sounds the best thing was getting lost / or escaping. Hope he finds a deserving, loving family that will keep him safe, loved, healthy and fed.

Kelly Spitzbarth Austin Exactly if he was astray that got skinny because he was out for a whthen that's one thing but straight dogs don't roll in their own urine and feces so that's what he was dealing with inside a home.

Unless you're looking for its family 2 Possibly put animal cruelty charges against them then I don't know why That would be a positive thing.
