Since you jsbe seen him on multiple occasions it would be wonderful if you could take on a little project to help the stray cats of your neighborhood to make sure that cat is spayed or neutered. You can do that by going to this website and do a quick read (takes less than 3min) to see about TNR then scheduling an apt for it to be brought Into the clinic for free to you of course and they will see if the cat has a chip snd if it’s sterilized. If it’s not they will do the surgery for free and give him some flea prevention and any medical it needs. You then bring him back and release him where you found him. This very small act Can actually help decrease the overwhelming stray cat population to prevent more breeding. Who knows maybe they find it had an owner and contact them. Everything is free and so simple to do. I hope you can help that or ANY stray cat you frequently encounter/observe who doesn’t have an ear tipped or you can’t easily approach yourself to check that its sterilized. Thank you! Soy AG I agree that my parents should have kept him indoors and fixed him. But they didn't. This is a very upsetting thing to post on a missing cat post when we are out there looking for him and missing him. But thanks is for your help insight I guess.

This is THE worst post EVER!!!!! Horrible pet ownership. Horrible. An indoor/outdoor car who’s not neutered and they’ve had 8yrs to do so. Heck even if they’ve only had him for a month! Can you imagine someone just having a cat recently and allowing it out and add to that not sterilize it?! I hope he is safe and under better care. Way to go, adding more cats into this world. Just horrible. No excuses. Zero.
