Diana Ellis He was at the top of the wooden fence on the corner and he started to act like he was going to come down but then he went into the neighbor’s yard and that was the last time I saw him. I didn’t even approach him, I just called gently to him. And thank you so much for all the tips. I will definitely get low next time. 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽🫶🏽❤️

I’ve seen him multiple times since he got away so I’m hoping he stays near the house and comes home eventually. Thank you so much everyone.

Brandon Wiley, he's just scared. Was he at the top of the fence and could he easily get down? You did the right thing, but if this happens again you could try sitting low to the ground, opening some food and calling him softly. If he doesn't come, leave the food outside the door and see if he'll return after you retreat inside. Hang in there.

Brandon Wiley, has Prince triggered the light since escaping? My inclination would be to leave it in motion detecting mode. I don't think it would scare Prince away.

Diana Ellis We have a bright light out front. Should I turn it on? It’s usually only motion sensor but I don’t know if I should turn the light on or turn it off? Or leave it motion detecting?
