Stray Cat Sighting in Herndon, VA 20170

Hello, I wanted to report three stray or possibly lost cats that I found this evening at the Herndon Centre shopping center in Herndon. There appears to be one adult light-orange cat and two smaller grey kittens. They are staying near a storm drain in the corner of the parking lot between Panera and Sprouts, diagonally across from the Tex-Mex restaurant. Whenever I approached them, they became scared and went into the storm drain. I brought them food and water, and once I gave them some space, they immediately came out and started eating. There were also two empty cat food cans nearby that appeared to have been left by someone else. The cats do not appear to be injured or in particularly bad condition, but I am concerned because this is a busy shopping center and not an area where I normally see stray cats. Given that there is an adult cat with two smaller kittens, I am wondering if they may have recently been lost I can provide photos and the exact location if helpful. Thank you,
