Thanks for your help and shares everyone. I was unable to find his original owner and wasn't comfortable taking him anywhere else. He is mine now and he is the best boy ever. He will have a lifetime of love and his belly will always be full. His name is Chrono. He's named after my favorite video game and because he showed up at the perfect time 😊
