Well it might bring the lost cat out too. I can deal with strays if I got my baby back.

Praying that Sweetie is found and returned home. Have you checked with neighbors to see if she could have gotten in a crawl space, and buildings? Have you posted signs with photo from a 2-5 miles radius? You can put something in the yard with your scent on it, but please change this out daily. Is she chipped? Please do not put liter boxes out, this only brings strays out. Praying you find this beautiful cat. My heart hurts for you. Please don’t get discouraged. I’m willing to say she is looking for you and wanting to find a way home. Praying and sharing 🙏💜

I have a black cat, named Black Cat, who was frightened by 7/4 fireworks and ran off, then heavy rains prevented her from being able to follow her scent back home. She was gone exactly four months! Then one day I looked out in the back yard (where she stayed most of the time as she had been here 7 years), and she was running across the yard. I grabbed the cat food and rushed out to put feed down for her. She was so skinny! She hasn't missed a meal since! I've now had her total of nine years (including those four months). So don't give up! Your cat will probably come home again!
