He’s adorable. It’s raining sure he’s hiding. Put his litter box out when you can. Use something with your scent. Cats smell things better than any other animal. Check all bushes they hide not like dogs. If he knows your voice call him he will hear your voice. Check pre sun up and sun down. Tell your neighbors. Put flyers up store entrances Publix etc. not everyone is on FB
