To parents of lost pets: Beware of scammers who will comment with links for "lost" pets services. (Including Drone services) And they will CALL or MESSAGE you also. Do not fall for their scams. Also, they call using what seems like legit shelter number saying pet needs surgery/help. Hang up and call shelter directly.

In addition to the Pawboost post - it is VERY important to take flyers door-to-door all through and around your neighborhood. Include vets offices, public places and any businesses that will let you put one up. Mention if he is chipped. Offer a REWARD! A lot of people are not on social media and will not see the online posts. They NEED flyer so they know to watch for him and call if seen. Do an online search "best ways to find a lost housecat" and similar wording. There will be expert tips on various ways to search for him. One thing in your favor is that inside cats will not roam far since they don't know their way around. They will be in hiding waiting to be found, mostly at night. Follow the online advise to increase your chances of finding him. Praying.
