this pup is always near the large blue container just down the Sidewalk from the ER; it will hide, but if you whistle it will usually come out and look around. no collar...looks fairly clean and well cared for, but is clearly lost and scared. It looks like a female, but not sure.

I went by late last night and still see the water/food dishes sitting there but the dog was hiding or asleep. Im not going to try to catch it bc I already have 3 at home. I will drop food and water, but ALL of you that are local and concerned, please go there and catch the pup if you really want to help.
