Anisa Ramos no I haven't lost a black cat just volunteer in rescue. His scrotum will be large if he's intact. If not chipped or neutered he may be a homeless stray. Thanks for posting.

Can you confirm gender? If male it would be easy to tell if he's neutered or not.
