Light brown. With a collar. Not very friendly.

This dog was spotted near Walnut Grove Bottle Depot around 2:45pm. I called BCSPCA/Langley Bylaw. I had my 2 young kids with me so I asked a young gentleman for help. Along with another gentleman with a dog, they were able to get him/her on a leash. I was told they were going to meet the bylaw officer at the parking lot across from Lordco at 20303 96 Ave, Langley Twp, BC V1M 0E4. When Officer Thompson got there he said they were not there. He said he will wait a few more minutes with them. That is to the extent of my knowledge.
