We found this dog wandering along on the exit ramp at the mentioned rest area in Blacksburg, SC late Thursday 6/25 evening, early Friday 6/26 morning. The dog was very sweet-had a collar but no identification. Was skinny. This dog is now at the Cherokee County Animal Shelter.
