Message from Finder
This little guy definitely has an owner as it's tagged (the tag doesn't provide any description/ numbers) and wings are clipped so is unable to fly. He was fairly easy to catch. We have him in a big Tupperware container, gave him food/ water and keeping him comfortable. Hope we can track down the owner sometime soon and really hoping it wasn't a bird that was just used for the purpose to release it.
