my sweet koopa has been missing for about 3 weeks now and im so scared for him. hes never been gone for this long, hes a very skittish cat and usually sticks in our backyard. hes a small black looking cat with a white collar and a rip in his left ear. i just want him , hes my everything.

white flea collar, black looking but closer look hes greyish with white roots, rip in outer part of left ear, pretty small cat, looks almost like a kitten
