Thank you for your comment. We've done almost everything you suggested except contacting the SPCA and going to a veterinarian. Today is day four. Every day we bring his cage outside, and his mate is calling for him. I don't know if there's still hope or if he's even still alive at this point.

Please put his cage outside on the balcony with the door open and his favorite food and water in it. Towards early sunset or sunrise, go outside and call out his name for several minutes. Put out posters with his picture and info around the neighborhood and in pet food stores. Call the veterinarian in your area and bring some posters to them. Sometimes people bring birds there to see if they are healthy. Call the city and find out where they bring strays they find. Contact Perroquet Secours. Go in PERSON to the SPCA. Also look on their website. Calling them IS NOT enough you have to go in PERSON and often. Check the posts on Pawboost as well. People post animals they have found. Hope this helps. Hope he comes home soon.
