LOST CAT. Her name is Tita, she’s a small/medium size female cat. She wears a pink reflective collar with a pretty decent sized tracker. Her tracker last night while i was out and I wasn’t able to locate her. I searched for her but found nothing. We live on Eldora Street and she hangs out near home but we’re also very close to Ensenada Street, Canton Drive, and Bakersfield Street. I will continue to search for her tonight as well, we had no luck today during the day time

Him Sorry to hear about Tita. I don't understand what you wrote about the pet tracker. Is it active or not? Has the battery ? What brand pet tracker does she have on? If it's an Apple AirTag, it isn't marketed as a pet tracker. It needs other Apple devices to bounce off of. So doesn't work in open areas or neighborhoods without enough Apple devices. So Tita may be out there wearing an active AirTag but if no other Apple devices around she won't be found that way. If you get her back, get a GPS pet tracker. Amazon on has a bunch. Read buyers' reviews of those you are interested in. There isn't much of a price difference between an Apple AIr tag and a real pet tracker. And the price difference is well worth it. A real pet tracker brings peace of mind. Beware of pet scammers that will tell you they have Tita or can find her. They can't and they don't. What they want is your money. A sign to watch for is if they want you to send them money to an untraceable pay site like Apple Pay, Zell, etc. That's a red flag. Ask them to send you a photo of your pet. But look closely at the video or photo as AI can create a fake from an original. Look at areas that aren't in any photo you shared. And stick with the same photo. Ask them questions like how cat meows, walks, sleeps, and other behaviors. But a true photo is good. Can also request a live FaceTime to see your cat. If they say no to a live FaceTime or won't send a photo or video, like have an excuse that their phone screen is cracked, think long and hard about sending them money. please keep us posted here . There are many dangers for an indoor outdoor cat in San Diego. There are coyote sightings posted on Next Door, with and without photos, several times a week. That's where I saw this post, on ND. If you get her ack consider making her an indoor cat with limited outdoor activity. Can include choices from catio, coyote rollers on fence. Pet stroller, pet backpack. Walking wearing harness and on leash. Cats unfortunately, shouldn't be outside unaccompanied anymore in San Diego County. Please keep us posted. And if you get another cat, please make them an indoor only one with the outdoor activity choices. So they don't become potential coyote food or road . Thank you.

Put food or tuna where he got lost if he smells it he might come and keep calling at night cats hunt at night . I called for my cat every night until he recognized my voice
