You must not have read this post carefully as the owner stated it didn’t stray from its home, rather a pet boarding business that had possession of the owners dog while they were on vacation They were on vacation and their little pup was in the care of said business. He wasn’t lost from his home or in a residential area. I don’t know anything about this business so we shouldn’t blame them, yet, anyways My heart breaks for this baby & the owners,,,,, poor little sweet baby šŸ’”šŸ„² šŸ™šŸ» I hope he was scooped up by somebody keeping him safe, warm & fed until they find the owners, that’s my hope & prayer He could’ve wiggled through an outdoor kennel I don’t know the facts neither do you or anybone else except the kennel & their staff is a great idea. If it was he was if the story read that he straight from home, but this is probably not a residential area more like commercial area possibly I don’t know but regardless it is the saddest story. I’ve read this little dog is tiny and confused and scared and the owners are heartbroken so have compassion which I believe you did by giving all these great ideas in a different scenario to them. I have I think that’s great that you offered support an idea ideas and how to have the dog return but he’s not at home. He doesn’t know where he’s at, and I can picture him now running up down the streets, trying to find his home and his family now is it possible somebody saw this dog and has him? Yes I’m more hopeful that he’s chipped and or that someone will take him to the nearest shelter as a lost dog or stray. I would hate to think someone stole him off the street and they may never see him again and I also would hate to think this could be an inside job. But then that would mean that this business should be shut down if that were the case am I alleging that it’s an inside job absolutely not. I don’t know anything about this business so I would not but this dog’s tiny and I could see him getting through a kennel opening where they clamp them to the building it’s happened before and I won’t mention the place and they ran a top-notch legit kennel and vet veterinary clinic this dog climbed the fence to the top, using all four paws to scale that enclosed kennel. It even had a top closure, but this little dog got through, and then he jumped off the top and off he went sadly the owners never found their dog. This clinic was in the country more than likely he could’ve ended up in somebody’s home and they liked him so much. They kept him or he might’ve met a pack of coyotes. I hate to think that but we live in the country and this is what happens, but until an investigation is done and cameras are looked at none of us should allege anything like this against this shop owner. I’m sure the owners are already checking into all possibilities. I would suggest they try all shelters in person, not my phone you never wanna do that because sometimes there’s communication issues from the back where the dogs are brought in and cats. They’re not communicated to the front always or the descriptions very too much of the animal so in my experience, it’s best to go in person when I was told they didn’t have it my dog or anything that looked like my dog it bothered me so I went in person. There was my dog, and I’ve heard countless stories like this where the front reception area quickly dismisses callers bc they have a lot of different staff & vol. helpers to help with incoming calls ļæ¼ in a lot of shelters, especially hours in my town the back doesn’t communicate to the front always or soon enough before the calls come in or the description of an animal could vary so it’s best to look for yourself at the dogs and in cases of missing cats, the same thing go for yourself to see for yourself that your animal isn’t there !!! Also The owners need to check with all veterinarians& VCA emergency hosps. in the area and I mean all just in case this baby was hit by a car or simply taken in by people to see if he was chipped trying to help find owners ļæ¼ And in case people that might’ve found the dog aren’t on social media pictures of him on flyers ļæ¼ in the immediate area and at the clinic at Vets and shelters, may be the closest businesses if they would allow it just to post this picture with your information so they can call you because this little dog couldn’t have traveled far and this little dog could be in somebody’s warm home that’s what I pray for waiting to find the owner by their searching. ļæ¼ Let’s all help as best we can with positive thoughts, prayers, and any helpful tips and ideas to bring this boy back to his family ļæ¼ This little boy looks fragile and tiny, and I can’t see him running up and down the streets ļæ¼ I believe somebody would’ve scooped him up to help him until they could find the owners or to take him to a shelter or a vet like I said to search for a chip ļæ¼ Again flyers are a must not everyone is on social media especially your older folks even if they’re on it they’re not on it daily ļæ¼ I would be losing my mind if I were this family How many days has he been or was he missing ????? Due to his size and frailty he could be just close by the business where he was last taken he could be hiding in bushes or under cars or in an opened shed or a barn if there’s any close anything that would give him cover because he’s going to be cold it’s rained and it’s cold out so if no one saw him and picked him up, he’s he’s somewhere where he feels somewhat sheltered waiting for somebody to help him. These are my thoughts. I hope they help. ļæ¼ I dictated this. I hope that it is in sequence and made sense. Sometimes I go back. I’m horrified at how it dictates out but I’m in a hurry. ļæ¼ šŸ™šŸ»šŸ™šŸ»šŸ™šŸ»šŸ„²šŸ’”
