Either an employee or customer took him. Did they give him to someone else? I’d be sick to my stomach. Someone better be explaining things real quick. And he better be safe Hope he’s chipped as well. They should have cameras all over

How did they lose him? This is just horrible! They need to take a polygraph test. Did you get to look at their camera's to see what happened?

Please 🚨immediately 🚨Set out the pets bed & owners dirty blankets , pets bowls filled with smelly food & water outside the front door. (Or location lost from in a safe place away from traffic) The scent can help draw them back closer to where they were lost from🐾**PLEASE DO NOT SKIP THE SCENT ITEMS BEING SET OUT** This step is crucial when lost. Pets use their sense of smell the most when lost to find home . Check near area parks, wooded areas, alleys, and creeks/ponds and railroad tracks. All common places lost pets roam to seining shelter and water. Be sure to post on the NextDoor app & Neighbors RING app , pawboost. com IndyLostPetAlert. com We suggest flyers hung in your area if not returned within 24 hours. Not everyone who helps lost pets has social media. Be sure to check with and notify the shelters in your area. 🐾💙Prayers for a safe return home!

Tips to find yourTIPS TO FIND YOUR LOST DOG: 🐾 🐾 ■Post to: Indy Lost Pet Alert, Nextdoor, Petfbi, Lost My Doggie & Petalertusa. *** Remember to check these sites daily for "found" pet posts!! ■Scent is critical in finding your dog - remember to freshen up bedding every couple of days. ■One sign can attract 200 👀 a day. Signs/flyers are crucial for finding your dog!! ■Try 24petconnect and type in your zip code. Click "Lost dogs". This list all dogs in the local shelter. Don't forget to go check in person too. ■ TIPS: https://peacefulsoulsanimalrescue.com/what-to-do-if-youve-lost-your-dog/ ONCE DOG IS FOUND: 🐾 🐾 ●●** Please make sure to get your dog CHIPPED/ REGISTERED/WITH TAGS. This helps ensure your dog gets home if it gets lost again. ●●Please consider a GPS collar for live tracking updates. This is especially important for runners, like Huskies/ German Shephard's for example. ●●**Also please put a LOCK 🔐 🔒 on your fence gate if you have one. This helps keep dogs in & dog thieves out!!** So many dogs get lost this way! Hope you find your fur baby soon. 🐾 🐕 🐕 🐾 🐾 dogHelp find your dogs Do: Wait patiently at the scene for as long as possible. Stay put so your dog can come back following your scent. “Let the dog come back to you.” When you must go home, take a dirty sock, t-shirt, or underwear that has been close to your skin and place them outside of your home. This is another scent lure. Set up a “meat trap” using odorous meats. This is done based on investigative work. For example, after a neighbor saw your dog running up a hill, the meat and water would be placed at the foot of the hill. Broadcast that your dog is missing using social media, posters, and word of mouth. Ask people to report sightings rather than attempt to retrieve your dog. She will be frightened and run away again. Use sighting reports to use scent based lures like clothing or food. Leave doors open so that your dog has a way to get inside when they return home. Do Not: Leave the scene and start searching for your dog. You are spreading your scent and making it more difficult for your dog to come back to you. Close up your house so your dog has no way of coming inside when they return. Chase your dog or yell their name. This will only drive them further

OMG! They should be doing everything within their power to find your pup including hiring scent hounds to track him. I hope you get him back safe and soon and they suffer loss of revenue (or clients) due to their negligence. This is why I never trusted anyone with my pets.
