Bad people and dog fighters will be the first to inquire, they will grab any dog. They can get their hands-on, just so their dogs can it. They will have 0 proof of ownership and will lie to you and try to trick you.There have been five dog fighting ring bust in the last eight months.. These types of people are constantly getting these dogs off these lost and found sites.Because finders will not do their due diligence and making them have proof.. Ask for phone number and tell him you're gonna match it to the license.. Owners will have pictures, paperwork or a vet.Reference, y'all can call together to verify ownership.No proof no dog , only the owner will have this information

You\nNeed to put up found dogs signs immediately , this should have been done within one hour of finding or losing a pet. Time is of the essence time is now this old schoolway still works. If it's done in a timely manner, I did it a couple of weeks ago, the owner had their signs up in 2 or 3 hours, the dog was home quickly, the owner and the finders responsibility to put signs up in the area. It was found in on some of the corner cross streets nearby, cause you don't know which block they come from and on the main roads nearest to that area immediately. Grab two poster boards fold them in half cut it cut it again you will have eight squares use permanent marker fill it out with phone number on it. Grab a hammer and nail quick.Fast cheap and easy
