This cat seems to be a senior cat, he’s very snuggly loves to talk wasn’t afraid of our dog , just the grandbaby ! lol he seems like he belonged to someone and maybe got left. I’m not sure.

Their are some people like the elderly who choose not to be on facebook. Others are taking a break from facebook. Also any lost/found pets websites for your area.
