I know this baby belongs to someone. He reacts to commands. He is not chipped. He was found with a "choke collar". He is safe but really would like to reunite him with his rightful owner. He appears to be about 2 yrs old. His coat is in immaculate condition. We feel He was taken only for someone to realize that he has been fixed. I know he wants to go . He was found in Bellville, Tx but no one in the area is missing him.
