Sarah Gorman the condition of that dog was very bad my wife took him to work the next day and cleaned him up groomed him who ever this person is clearly was not taking care of him as I do agree with you we don't just claim animals my wife actually posted a found post also after he got cleaned up

Jeremy Hughes The owner is looking for this dog. This is why people look for their dogs forever, because finders prematurely assume dogs were dumped. People find dogs and then don't know what to do with them and then drop them off all the freaking time. Do not find a dog and claim it as your own because you assume anything about that situation.
