Niomi Finley that’s not true—they charge a $90 impound fee and $45 per day for boarding. They’re caring for your dog, so of course there’s charges. It’s up to you to arrange to reclaim your dog and pay your fees—the longer you wait the more it cost bc they keep caring for your dog. They hold them for 5 days, then they go to a rescue for a new home.
