MESSAGE FROM OWNER

Our baby boy Simba has been deeply missed these past two days. He was in my - in the backyard where he enjoyed spending time. I stepped out less than 5 hours for a doc appt. When I returned , he was no longer inside my hse, or in our backyard. There were no doorways open for him to leave the hse, or any hole/cracks in our backyard fences. Our family and I have reasonable doubt to suspect our baby went missing on purpose. However, our main priority right now is to please be reunited back with our fur baby ),: Simba was in the process of being rejoined with a close family member due to a downstairs neighbor. Please allow us to make this possible for him so he can continue to live his life as best as possible. Should anyone see him please reach out

DESCRIPTION

He’s a light-tan, 2 year old Maltipoo. He is wearing a Red Top Paw collar with a red name tag in the shape of a bone. On the front side it says his name Simba Ceja - on the backside of his tag you will find my phone number and address.

I’m so sorry that this is happening to all of you. Any video evidence will definitely be helpful. And, checking SFACC is a good thing to do. If I could make a couple of suggestions: Dogs are considered property. Make a police report. Put up posters/flyers around the area. If microchipped, notify the company. Please check 24petconnect frequently. It’s the database that shelters use for found/lost pets. You can put a dog in the filter and select a breed then check wide areas looking for matches. I wish you luck in getting your adorable Simba back with your family.

Also to mention, new resident below has been approached by my family and i, however they’ve been avoidant and have not responded to our knocks. Landlord is not doing much as he’s in favor of the resident below - despite us mentioning we’ve been working on getting Simba an ESA letter in favor of one of my younger sibling, & being renters for over 10+ years. s. Horrible situation to be in.

Jennifer Lee hi there, owner here. yes, the new resident in the shared unit below us made multiple threats of surrendering Simba to ACC without our consent because of his occasional barks. However, ACC was contacted and until today there are no traces of Simba being there. We are currently waiting for a response from a neighbor around our block for surveillance footage of our shared backyards. Unfortunately without the physical evidence, my family and i cannot move forward to make an official report. Simba was very loving, energetic, and full of life. However, he did not like being pet-or picked up by strangers without warming up to them. Makes us really wonder how my boy was gone so suddenly.
