Go walk around outside with bright flashlights and call for him. His eyes will glow when the light is on them. Put a post on the neighborhood Nextdoor so neighbors can be on the lookout for him and contact you if they find him. Probably scared and hiding somewhere nearby. Hope you find your kitty soon 🙏

If normally an indoor cat, then kitty is likely hiding real close to home. They tend to freeze in place and may not come out if you call their name. Use a flashlight to look in, under, behind all dark spaces so that their eyes glow. You can do this during the day, but especially at night when things are quieter. Check inside the house as well just in case. Look up in trees in case kitty climbed up to escape another animal. Put some of your dirty laundry and the cat’s bedding outside for the scent. Leave a door cracked open so they can get back inside. Set up trail cameras outside and use a humane trap that you can buy at a hardware store or borrow from a rescue. Ask neighbors to check garages and sheds. Hang LOST signs in your area. Post on Nextdoor app, Ring app, area facebook pages, and lost and found facebook pages. Make sure microchip information is accurate. Check local animal shelters in person.

Put on Nextdoor. Check dog pound in person asap and check every cage
