This dog was at the intersection of missile Rd and 240 yesterday around 1:30pm. He was about to get hit. I pulled over and tried for 15 mins to get him. He'd take food from me but wouldn't get in the car and when id get my leash out he'd stay about 10 ft away. He was so hot and thirsty. I felt so bad I had to leave him but I had to get back to work😞
