Description
Tan looks like a cross between a chihuahua and a pug. Very overweight, no collar that I could see and very afraid. Tail tucked tight to body. Runs away when I try to get close. Seen last week and again today on my street.

This poor baby looks very tired and thirsty. Moves slow, overweight or pregnant and is extremely skittish. Tried to put out food and water but he/she ran away.
