Tan and white mix breed. Short hair. Ears flop over. Seemed friendly but i did not get out of car. Looks cared for, so maybe escaped from nearby?

I spotted a dog roaming near the port st john library. Not fixed and seemed non aggressive. I didn't get out of my car to interact because he's so big. He just seems curious and is wandering. He also looks well cared for, his coat isnt that dirty, so im wondering if he just recently got loose. Hopefully the owner sees this and gets puppy soon!
