he is a tuxedo cat who isn't very big one side of his lip is white. if you get a hold of him one true way to know if it really is is that on of his front toes that is usually on the back of their leg is shriveled and hard because a part of it broke off.

please be on the lookout for mister, we have tried other tactics and now we need help more than ever. if you get a hold of a cat you think is him please look on the back of his front legs, one of his toe beans that is on the back of the front legs is hard and shriveled. please help us bring him home
