Amanda Goodwin So many questions - it’s a 16 year old dog & has been returned to the owners - obviously you haven’t had pets that live that long……. Maybe look for the original post for your answers

Karen Andrews was the dog returned to owner in this condition? He doesn’t look like he is being taken care of properly. Why would he be returned like that? Are they going to take him to the vet and get him some medical help for those tumors?
