Anika Rescues she was found by someone else, in another city. I offered to foster her. I'm in a gated 55+ community, all our animals are registered with the main office here.

Wouldn't be surprised if they abandoned her at your house because they saw you already have two pugs. Abandoning yes even Pugs is happening a lot these days.
