I've seen a similar dog with a homeless man who rides a bike up and down 48th St between Van Buren and McDowell. The dog wears black paw booties on hot days, he typically off leash. I'm worried he won't do well in this current heat wave. Msg me if you need to. Fellow pitty mom ❤️
