Message from Owner

Please help me find Monkey’s new family. ❤️ I raised Monkey from the time he was about one week old, bottle-feeding him and caring for him around the clock. I watched him grow from a tiny, helpless baby into the wonderful little boy in this photo, and I became deeply attached to him. I recently made the very difficult decision to return him to the shelter, and he was adopted the same day. I now realize I made a terrible mistake. I miss him terribly and would love the chance to bring him home. I completely respect his adopter’s privacy and am not asking anyone to identify them publicly. I’m simply hoping this post might reach them—or someone who can privately pass along my message. If they would consider letting Monkey come back to me, I would gladly reimburse the adoption fee and offer additional compensation. If they have already fallen in love with him and decide to keep him, I will respect that. But I have to at least try. Please share and help me find Monkey. ❤️

***POST NEXTDOOR, RING NEIGHBORHOOD, PET FBI, PETCO LOVE LOST, PAWBOOST Check ✔️ Humane Society, Animal Shelters In-Person DAILY. Some Keep Pets 5 Days then put up for Adoption. Boots on the ground - Walk ur neighborhood DAILY, DAY & NIGHT checking window wells, under decks, inside bushes, sheds, garages, behind AC units, dumpsters, under staircases. Indoor Cats don't go far, usually close by. Others hide during the day and roam @ night when it's quiet. Shake bag of cat food or treats, walking, calling by name, saying are u hungry, Bring a flashlight, search day & night. Knock on doors. Post Flyer's on neighbor's doors

Mica Monique D'Alesandro No harm in asking, and this was a very polite and heartfelt request. If I was the adopter in a situation like this I would want to know, and gladly give him to his first mom or dad.

I'm listening to some of the comments...what don't some of you understand? She surrendered Monkey and he was adopted out.!!!! But...I will let you know...I adopted a 15 year old cat from animal shelter and he wouldn't eat or drink and I was at my wits end stressing for him to eat. I asked the shelter if they could contact the owner who surrendered him so I could figure out what kind of food he ate and treats and they refused to help. I did find out everything is public record in Marion county...you could request his adoption papers from public records and find out who adopted Monkey 🐒
