I have called the city before about this poor baby. His owner is a homeless drug addict who wonders off and leaves his baby and people have to call and have animal control pick him up only to take him to the shelter and the "owner" picks up the dog again! I have told them NOT to release the dog to him and they say they can't do that, "it's his dog". At this point I really don't know what else to say. I need your help finding this baby so we can finally bring him to a safe environment.

This little guy/girl ran down Tomken at 7:30. Was on the east side and going south. They have a choke collar on. Sorry was driving and couldn't stop.

there was no mention of beating the dog in any comments. I wasn’t aware. I do feel sorry for any addict. It’s not like they woke up saying hey my goal in life is to be hung up on a substance that will ruin me. Have compassion our society lacks it. Obviously I am a pet owner and do not condone harm on any living being.
