Message from Finder
I have called the city before about this poor baby. His owner is a homeless drug addict who wonders off and leaves his baby and people have to call and have animal control pick him up only to take him to the shelter and the "owner" picks up the dog again! I have told them NOT to release the dog to him and they say they can't do that, "it's his dog". At this point I really don't know what else to say. I need your help finding this baby so we can finally bring him to a safe environment.
