Description
He looks to be a fairly young German Shepherd and has a collar on. He id not potty trained or he must be an outside dog cause he had sooo many mishaps in the hse. He loves chasing my cats so I can no longer keep him in my hse. He loves playing with my other dog. He is not safe in my backyard because thr fence is not stable I really need someone to hold him until we find the owners. He was running to the highway..we had to stop on the on ramp to get him!

This poor baby boy was getting on the highway! I am unable to keep him long please someone help me find his owners. I do not want him to run off and get back on the highway. I am really close to 244 and he was found on the on ramp going towards the slow passing lane. He seems to be growing German Shepherd maybe under a year old but hes huge for a puppy. He is not fixed.
