Mustang is a 20 year old indoor kitty who has never been outside until now. He was picked up by a Good Samaritan and seen at a local vet clinic on Friday March 13th. She stated she would take him to a shelter but he has not been turned in to West Valley Humane Society or Pet Haven as of today (March 17th)
