Description

Fluffy small tuxedo cat, young likely less than a year old, she's very friendly and playful, bright golden eyes. Found in volunteer park near the stage

Message from Finder

We found this sweetheart stuck underneath some tree roots on the 25th, she's very trusting and friendly all things considered. She has never bit or scratched us and was very clean when we found her. She's very clearly someone's pet and we would love to be able to get her to her ! Currently my partner is fostering her in his hse until we find her owners

Sarena Williams actually it's more disturbing that some people who claim to love their cats even let them outside at all. There are alot of coyotes around volunteer park and what if this is an escaped indoor cat? They might be saving their life. Us cat lovers who try to keep our cats inside and safe just worry about the ones outside and it's not like the cats being harmed. I think it's great people still care.

Elli HillingerI know this is already on Facebook but not sure it’ll get the same visibility and action it would on lost cats of king county so hopefully you post there too. Lots of people with good advice and ideas there 🙂 How was she stuck in tree roots? I’m super curious about that! Like tangled on a leash or collar? Thanks for helping this baby! ❤️

Sarena Williams I understand the concern but she was stuck in a tree where she couldn't get out from, she also has no collar or microchip and is very scared when we've let her go outside

Did you check for and leave signs at the park? I’ve seen a lot of cats get away from their owners while walking them in parks lately! Rally important to check for and leave signs where you found her.
